Cancellation fees
The cancellation fee for course menus is as follows:
2 days before the date of use: 20% of the reservation plan fee
1 day before the date of use: 50% of the reservation plan fee
On the day of use (if you contact us)… 100% of the reservation plan fee
On the day of use (if you do not contact us)… 100% of the reservation plan fee
* If you contact us at least 3 days before the date of use, there will be no cancellation fee.
